Wreath Laying Ceremony | Mazar-e-Quaid, Karachi

Rotary International District 3271 formally opened its 2026-27 Rotary year today as District Governor Shahzad Sabir led a wreath-laying ceremony at the Mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, paying tribute to the Father of the Nation before assuming charge of the District’s leadership for the year ahead.
