DG Shahzad Sabir represented District 3271, Pakistan, at the Rotary Genting Institute 2025, held at Genting Highlands, Malaysia, on 29th November 2025. He successfully completed the Governors-Elect Learning Program (GELS) and was honored with the Governor-Elect Award—a milestone that marks his formal preparation to lead the district in 2026-27. The institute brought together District Governors-Elect and Nominees from across the region for an enriching program of learning, inspiration, and fellowship. Rotary International President Francesco Arezzo addressed the gathering, and DG Shahzad Sabir was notably featured on the main screen during the RI president's address at the opening ceremony. He also had the privilege of meeting RI Director Zone 8 Jennifer Scott, further strengthening his connection with Rotary's global leadership.
