Polio Awareness session at Al Furqan School Azam Basti
RCK New Central's Polio Chair, Dr. Arjumand Rabbani, conducted an interactive Polio Awareness Session at Al Furqan School, Azam Basti.
The session highlighted the serious consequences of poliovirus infection, the importance of vaccination, and the role of communities in preventing the spread of polio. Common myths and misconceptions about polio vaccination were also discussed and clarified.
A total of 59 participants, including 3 teachers, were asked to encourage parents to ensure children receive every recommended dose, as ending polio is everyone’s responsibility.
