Mental & Physical Health Awareness Session

Rotary Club Karachi Roshni organized a Mental & Physical Health Awareness Session at NJV School, Karachi, on 5th September 2026. The session was facilitated by Ms. Zoya Javaid and coordinated by Rtn. Sadaf Tahir, Co-Chair Mental Health, with President Rtn. Atiya Izhar, Rtn. Sadaf Tahir, and Rtn. Anita Kirmani serving on the organizing committee. Approximately 100 Class 10 students, including 60 boys and 40 girls, participated in the interactive session. Students were guided on maintaining good physical and mental health, developing healthy habits, and caring for their overall well-being. Following the session, the Roshni team discussed with the school administration the possibility of organizing a future health awareness campaign at NJV School.
