The Installation Ceremony of Rotary International District 3271 was held on 12th July 2025, marking the formal commencement of the new Rotary year. DG Shahzad Sabir had the honour of serving as Chair of the ceremony, under the distinguished leadership of incoming District Governor Shakeel Kaimkhani.
