DG Shahzad Sabir joined the Rotary Club of Karachi Midtown and Dr. Essa Lab for their 12th consecutive Flag Hoisting Ceremony at the Gulistan-e-Jauhar Branch, celebrating Pakistan's 78th Independence Day.
