Advanced Excel & Power BI Training Program for Visually Impaired Students
BINAE Welfare Association successfully conducted a 12-Session Advanced Excel & Power BI Training Program for visually impaired students in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Roshni Karachi and Inclusive Destiny.
The specialized program was designed to promote digital inclusion and equip visually impaired participants with practical, corporate-ready skills for today's technology-driven employment environment. Throughout the training, participants developed expertise in Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Data Modeling, Data Cleaning, Dynamic Dashboards, Advanced Formulas, and Professional Reporting.
The program concluded with a Certification Ceremony, where certificates were awarded to 12 dedicated students in recognition of their commitment, hard work, and successful completion of the training.
The ceremony was honored by the presence of distinguished guests, including Dr. Naseer Ahmed Shaikh, Chair, Vocational Training District 3271, Rotary International, and Mr. Ashfaq Ahmed, Director Operations, Sindh Persons with Disabilities Protection Authority (SPDPA), Government of Sindh.
This initiative demonstrates a shared commitment to inclusive skill development and creating equal opportunities for persons with visual impairment. By developing digital and professional competencies, the program aims to enhance participants' confidence, employability, independence, and meaningful participation in the modern workforce.
