Rotary International District 3271 collaborated with Fareed Mahmood Ghani & Associates and FPCCI for an executive session titled "The Cost of Silence: Building Psychological Safety, Trust and Employee Voice in the Age of AI and Gen Z" — held on 4th July 2026 at the FPCCI Head Office, Clifton, Karachi. The session was led by Dr. Shumaila Omar, Certified Director IBA DTP, and brought together HR leaders, industry professionals, educators, and business leaders for one of the most engaging leadership conversations of the year.
