DG Shahzad Sabir paid his first official project visit as District Governor to Nexus Pilot School at Nooria Rizvia Academy, Clifton, attending the Book Distribution Ceremony for underprivileged children. The ceremony celebrated the distribution of textbooks under the JICA-supported Non-Formal Education Curriculum, enabling out-of-school children to complete primary education through an accelerated learning programme. DG Shahzad Sabir interacted warmly with students and teachers, describing the noble work of educators as Sadaqah Jariyah and encouraging the children to pursue their dreams with confidence. He appreciated the vision behind the Nexus Pilot School — established in memory of Marhooma Rana Tazeen Saheba — and commended Nooria Rizvia Academy and the Rotary Club of Karachi Nexus for their remarkable efforts in empowering young minds through education.
